DATA PROTECTION: As a non-profit voluntary group, City Cyclists is exempt from the notification requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. As an autonomous part of the London Cycling Campaign, personal data may be shared with the main office and neighbouring branches where appropriate. City Cyclists will not transfer personal data to any third party except in so much as is strictly necessary when such data has been provided to City Cyclists with the express purpose of communicating it for lobbying purposes, e.g. where the data subject asks for their voice to be added to support a particular campaign.
